Now Sam's like other retailers with fuel stations on site, use the whole sale fuel carriers. That means they purchase the fuel similar to buying stock. They purchase from the lowest cost whole sale company that day. Sure you save $$, however you get what you pay for. I buy the fuel if it's very low cost and I am in a pinch or in a hurry."
