"They need to take care of chairs and bar counter. Things are showing signs of wear. I do love the outdoor fireplace! Great variety of beer."

"Came in for a date night and live music. The Bourbon menu was great, and the server was able to make good recommendations. Plan to return and try the food. The music was fantastic, and I enjoyed the artist. Only negative. I didn't enjoy their style of old-fashioned, but honestly, just my preference. Would recommend for a great date night."

"A great variety of beer on tap. I was hoping for a little more variety. But the live music made up for it. I would definitely recommend this place for out of towners to try. Cool place. Bar tenders are very pretty and attentive to what you may need."

"Husband and I stopped here on our way to St. Louis, we typically pick one restaurant to eat at on the way to our destination and then have it again on our way back home. But, we will not be returning to this one. We stopped here on Sunday (10/8) at 1pm. There was plenty of empty seats outside so initially we sat there but preferred a table inside, all the empty tables inside were dirty, had drinks and plates sitting on them so we were unsure if they were taken by guest. NOPE. We sat at the bar, after we sat and got menus the tables started getting cleaned off. We eventually moved to a table, waited a good 10 mins for someone to come get our drink order. We just got waters, that took 5 mins to be brought back out to us, when the server came back with our waters we ordered our food. My husband got chicken and waffles with a sunny side up egg, and I the French toast with bacon and a side of scrambled eggs. The chicken that my husband had was decent. Everything else we ordered (the waffle and the French toast) was covered in sugar. The French toast was absolutely horrible, way too much sugar and cinnamon and extremely dry, like it wasn’t fresh, it literally crumbled when I cut into it. I took one bite and that was enough. I don’t understand why you would cover a waffle in sugar. But the worst part of our meals were the eggs, his Sunny side up egg was fried, the yolk was completely cooked. And my scrambled eggs with cheese, GRAY. I was absolutely disgusted. I have never seen GRAY eggs. I thought it could have been the cheese but I’ve used pepper jack cheese in my eggs before, and it has never turned them gray. Safe to say, we will never return to this place."

"I had been wanting to check out 618 for some time. It's one of a few restaurants that I hadn't been to. Immediately walking in, the room felt like a clean bar room. I went around 5 pm, so the place was full, but relatively quiet, aside from the overhead music. We were apart immediately met by our waitress after seating ourselves and given a menu. The menu was small, but sometimes I like fewer options, as long as there's plenty of diversity (which there was). I ordered the 618 Burger with a side of Taphouse Chips, which are basically homemade potato chips covered in a delicious sauce and shredded cheese. The bun was fresh, and the meat was cooked perfectly. Overall, I do recommend this as a place to eat, but it won't go down as a favorite because it just felt like something was missing - I just can't put my finger on what it is. It was clean, the staff were friendly, the service was good, and the food was great."
