"I have been with Jeff and this company for about 2 and 1/2 years with my commercial insurance. He hasn't been great about keeping in touch but never really had much of a problem until this week when I got robbed at my business and now (of course) they are saying I don't have the correct coverage and the ten thousand+ dollars in damage isn't covered. I've paid them over 13 grand in the last 2 years alone and that's what I get for assistance after I get my windows smashed, items damaged and a vehicle stolen and totaled? I'm sorry to have to leave such a negative review but honestly they don't care about me or my business. I absolutely forbid you to do business with this organization."
