Doggy Dearest Pet Grooming

"Took my dog here to get groomed. After we picked her up and got home, we noticed fresh blood under her neck, about an inch in diameter. Called the store and they completely denied cutting her. Not looking for money back, just asked them for an apology. I was told “we can’t apologize for something we didn’t do.” I wanted to let them know what had happened to my dog, and the rude responses and lack of accountability I got from them have made me decide to not bring my dogs back here."

"I would give them -20 stars if I could.They cut my dogs neck and he came back very sad and scared. The women there was so rude too. Do not take your dog here they are terrible."

"I’m not very happy about my dogs treatment. I got charged $90 for two dogs and they completely shaved them and nicked one of my dogs legs , so not only is he bleeding but he’s got a complete bald spot. I would not recommend this shop for your dogs . I plan to never take them here again."

"The groomer who took over for Albert, raised the price to groom my dogs by 10.00 each, but did not tell me when I dropped them off. When I went to pick them up I did not have the correct amount in cash in my hand. My truck was parked just outside the shop and I picked my dogs (2) in my arms and tried to tell the groomer that I had more cash in my truck. He then positioned himself in front of the door and said I could leave with one dog, but could not take both out to my truck. Basically holding my dogs and myself against out will. I told him to get out of my way, and he was going to get his money. I then took my dogs and placed them in my truck and got his extra $20.00. I then noticed one of my dogs ears was bleeding and I called to ask how this happened the groomer told me that "it happens" After examining my dogs I found cuts under their arms as well. DO NOT trust this groomer with your dogs! What he di to prevent me from leaving his shop was despicable and illegal."
