An employee they have is Stephanie Brown and she is able to wait on the counter,window, operator to run your medication through your insurance to see the cost before they fill the medication.She also goes above and beyond to call the insurance with problems with a medication send the doctor's office a need for a prior authorization for the medication before it can be filled.She calls physician with clarification of a script or doub ok e check the directions if it is a concern for her.She is pleasant, professional and helps in a timely manner."
"Zero stars. Negative stars. Go to another pharmacy. This place will constantly mess up your orders, or they won’t even send your order out. I called on a Friday to order my medicine and they sent it out on Tuesday. In between that time I ran out of my medication. When I asked them why they waited they told me they needed to fax my hospital to get a refill but it turns out that my prescription actually didn’t need a refill and they never faxed anything over to my hospital, they made up something to cover their mistake. The medication I take is very important and I’m not supposed to miss any doses, but they don’t care about that."
