In 2024, the store has implemented a monthly scheduling system for consignment drop-offs, and it is recommended to call ahead to schedule an appointment. Drop-offs are now available every other Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Customers are limited to two 13-gallon trash bags, two medium boxes, two large items, or a combination of these items, with a maximum of two items per visit. "Greeted when I walked in. Took my bag of clothes off my hands. Extremely organized store by size by color. Everything is well marked. Special sale anything with red on it was additional % off. I love making time to browse as there is so very much to look at. All 3 floors although I have not been upstairs to the men's and kids areas. Parking can be a challenge as they are in the middle of the block but I usually get lucky and find someone just leaving a spot. Plus I picked up my earnings from my sold items. Yeah!"
