"They are nice and helpful and usually are stocked up for the holidays."
"Serious problems here. Dropped of my son’s Rx last nite on a Friday nite. Was told “this won’t be ready tonite.” Asked when it’d be ready, was told by 11am. ZERO phone call. It’s 3pm and GoogleMaps says it’s open and so does the sign outside. But apparently they make their own hours. GRRRR"
"Best run Walgreens ever, the pharmacists and the techs are very nice and knowledgeable.Yes,they get busy sometimes and mistakes do happen, but Walgreens is one of the oldest and busiest pharmacies in the world.I have a Nephew who is a pharmacists for Walgreens in Chicago and both he and my niece were techs at their local Walgreens for a few years,my niece is now a RN.Walgreens helped them both financially with scholarships when they left to go to college.I will always use Walgreens."
"This location is so disorganized it's a serious health danger. They kept calling me saying I had a Rx ready for pick up when I knew I didn't. I called the automated system and found out it was for amoxicillin. I spoke to a pharmacist and they asked for my name and birth date and said they accidentally put it under my name instead of the correct person. On top of that they had already billed MY insurance for this other person's medication. The pharmacists here look so stressed and half seem like they have no clue what they are doing. I would never suggest giving your info to this pharmacy and I will always suggest making sure your pills in the bottle match the description on the sticker."
