Sam's Club

"Went in to make a cash payment on my account at the customer service desk. I was told to go pay at a register walked over only 2 registers open with about six people in line at each register with carts full of food. Went back to customer service and asked if I could make a simple payment there since I didn't want to stand there for 20 minutes to make a simple 60 second transaction. Maria then said I'll take you to the register at jewlery, she walked me Over and then said the line dosent look that long, Go wait in line and walked away. Are you kidding me ? Why even walk me over?"

"Checking out with the app is the best! No more waiting in line (except to exit). Competitive pricing and clean store with friendly customer service. Pharmacy is also great. They will check to see if your prescription are less expensive with or without insurance."

"It's a large building with a lot of items sold in bulk with mostly good prices. If you have questions or need help go somewhere else. Good bakery, better than Costco. Costco has a better meat department."

"To Sam's Club credit, they reacted to my review. The department manager called to apologize and to explain how I can proceed to resolve the issue with my tire. I am grateful for his follow up and respect his manner of addressing this. Thank you, Sam's Club. They had no one in the tire center to even arrange for service. I had to call the store from my phone to find anyone. They wasted my time. All the manager could say was "they must be in the shop". (Zero help). It is clear that they aren't staffed to provide customer support. I won't waste my time on them again."

"First time at Sam's and not impressed. Came to buy in bulk, but not many good products. Way too much prepared meals. Food layout is worse than Walmart. Not many deals. The soda cost more than Walmart as well. The self checkout doesn't take cash. The cashier was not friendly and had that look of just kill me now. The atmosphere really made me want to leave, which is harder than Walmart as well with scanning guards. Getting my card sucked since they try to push scan and go. I may never come back."
