Reviews
"The pharmacy has called me questioning me regarding prescriptions that my doctor prescribed. If my doctor prescribed these medications fill the medications. Don't question me what they are for. It's your job to fill them."
"We have always found staff outstanding! They are diligent, kind and professional. Tara is very intelligent and explains everything very well."
"Not too busy, Great staff, Clean but Definitely could use a vision center"
"Not sure why the negative reviews but I've always had a good experience at this pharmacy. Also most of their meds are very competitively priced. I prefer to support small businesses when I can but when it comes to healthcare, I'd rather pay Walmart than go broke (or go without)."
"I had problems filling a prescription through the insurance. The pharmacist told me it was a general problem and there is nothing she could do. When I called my insurance I was informed that in fact, once my perscription was denied the pharmacist was supposed to start the process for higher authorisation. My insurance rep then explained to me that they have had a big problem with walmart doing this to clients. They are cutting corners and having the clients do the leg work for them. They know the number and how to get this done but choose not to even though they are supposed to. Upon learning this I quickly called the pharmacist and asked them to start the proceedings to get the prescription approved. The pharmacist was rude and said " I guess, we could start the process of getting prior authorisation. I don't even know when to tell you to call back, I have no idea how long this could take." Mind you I was very polite on the phone with him and offered any assistance I could. I am on state insurance but that doesnt mean I'm stupid. I had to sit on the phone all day long with insurance, pharmacist, and the doctor all because they didn't do their job right. My family has used this pharmacy for years and spent a lot of money there on very needed prescriptions. Im glad I did my homework because I will probably end switching pharmacies after the insulting service I received. Do your homework people and make sure you are being taken care of properly!"
