"I can't say enough good and nice things about Robin. I've been using her CPA services now for three years both for personal and corporate tax needs, and my confidence has increased in her abilities every year since. Robin is thorough, listens well, on top of schedules, uses online tools which we find VERY helpful and is always available to discuss forecasts and strategies for staying on top of things. Her firm also handles another business associate's accounting who I know as well and I know they've been happy customers more years to than I. Here's the thing—if you don't have the wherewithal to at least organize and provide your own documentation for anything in life, maybe you don't need an accountant but a personal assistant? "absolutely one of the worst people i’ve ever worked with. it felt like i had to do most of the leg work that i could have done it myself and saved more time, money, and write offs. and Robin has a very unfriendly demeanor aswell. after getting notices from the irs about my taxes not being paid correctly for the year she helped me with she said she would charge per hourly rate if i wanted her to contact the irs to get the late fees removed, which is valid. but then charged me $100 without telling me just for having her read the irs notice and paraphrase what it said back to me. it makes no sense how someone can want to charge that much for answering a question. the whole process felt very unprofessional and scammy. i would not recommend her to anyone and advise you to go with literally anyone else."
