This place is trash and won't help you get anything back. Trust me, don't listen than go ahead. They do charge a 300 dollars for service also. TurboTax is free but with 30 dollars you are covered. "Hai N, is not prepared to fill income tax returns. She made two big mistakes that cost me to pay more, fill out an amended return and still her calculations were wrong and I ended up paying additional penalties and additional taxes. When I received the notice, I called her, send her a picture of the form. This was on Thursday morning. She said she was going to review the IRS letter and call me back in the afternoon. She was going to vacation on Friday. She never called me that was a week ago and I still have not heard from her. I just paid the extra amount owed and the penalties. I have never had problems with the IRS until I used her services. Stay away from this office."
