"Love, love, love this practice! Especially Dr Devaney and Jeremy the PA. We’ve been going there for years and have had excellent care. I appreciate that they offer sick call hours. Sometimes we see different doctors if we need to get in quickly for illness and we’ve liked every doctor we’ve seen. Offices are updated and clean. I went to two other pediatricians in the area when our insurance switched around and Mundelein Pediatrics is our favorite by far. Great care!"

"Still think the Drs are amazing! From other reviews I see why I was talked to the way I was. Seems a trend there now. WATCH your bills! They say I dont owe now until I call my insurance BUT the bill says that I do owe and its due now. They are very sneaky with billing and if you question them you will get an attitude . They upset you then blame you for being upset. I asked for the persons email to complain about the manager and they gave me that managers email! I told them that doesn't make any sense and they turned it on me saying I need to not get upset. What happened to this place? Ive been going there for almost 2 decades and this year it just got terrible. Never have been given an attitude like I got from Pam. When I am upset I dont need the response of "OK" or I need to get into a meeting now. Don't call a customer if you don't have time or care to listen to them. She hung up on me because I was upset she was avoiding every question I asked her. I miss the way this place used to be run Older review: Wonderful experience, Very caring people work here! I had to take my son in to get his wrist checked out, not sure if he broke, fractured or sprained it in gym. I called and they got me in within a couple hours! We got there, sat in the waiting room for maybe 5 min and already called his name! Jeremy and Adam were the 2 gentlemen that saw my son and they are fantastic! Very friendly and knew exactly what to do! I always have great things to say about this place. Everyone is so nice. Thank you for being so good with my son!"

"Been going here over 20 years. The place has gone downhill since Faradieh and Malloy left. I’ve been going back and forth with them for 6 months, many back and forth phone calls of the doctors office and pharmacy blaming each other about a prescription they promised only to be told we needed extra forms and now an additional appointment. In the meantime my son suffers with his eczema, something he has had his entire life and has been given medicine for in the past. Since his medicine was no longer being produced we were told we could get something mail ordered, only for it to never come after 5 phone calls back and forth they are now requesting a new appointment. Everything they do there is for their own convenience and not the patient including their online phone system. You are treated like a number, not a patient. I advise not going here as the positive reviews are probably from when they were more competent. Totally disappointed with the past year of experiences and so I’ll be looking for a new place to take my children."
