"Stay away from here! This is the POOREST EXCUSE FOR FAMILY PRACTICE. Dr. Paunovich is great but, She is overseen by Rude and disrespectful ignorant PAs. Dr. never returns messages. When you need a script refilled for basic Blood pressure medication. it will take weeks to get filled. in Summary if you like PAs this is your place. They want to let Doctors make decisions unless they agree. I think Paunovich is letting them ruin her reputation"

"horrible experience. horrible attitude from staff, and unfazed about their patients. there was an incident with one of their patients in the waiting room that frightened most people in the waiting area. my mother and i decided to proceed to wait for our turn in the car due to the patients outburst. when my mother and i asked if it was safe to come back inside the ER, we received a response from their charge nurse that “they didn’t know what we were talking about,” and that “nothing happened.” also had to ask the nurses multiple times to put my mother on oxygen due to her dangerous oxygen levels. and we were sent home with no diagnosis."

"Don’t ever go here you’re supposed to have a regular doctor not multiple Every appointment it’s a new doctor. They do not care about your Health enough and especially mental health, they will be quick to dismiss your health concerns and ignore it and continue to let you suffer , they literally only do the bare minimum simple blood work is all your gonna get they never really get down to the problem or try their best to figure out what is exactly going on with you , the health care system is so messed up today I’m definitely gonna be taking my health care else where and I’m glad I will no longer continue with this location after a couple years . What a waste. Avoid this location and also the Gurnee one . The best doctor here who actually showed she cared was dr. Yang & also dr miles I’ll give credit when due . The rest couldn’t give a damn . Also some of the front desk people are rude and will know all your business. Thread lightly when you pick this place for your health care needs ."

"I hope the staff read this review! I specifically chose to take my son to this hospital today for a lump in the back of his head-neck but now I see I chose poorly! Don’t have to worry about me coming back here. The front desk receptionist was very vague and once we got to our room the nurse (Neomi) was very bias, vague and a little rude. The doctor did exactly what I did at home which was felt where the “knot” was and diagnosed it as a swollen lymph node from a previous viral infection. No more than 60 seconds literally. No further tests just to rule out any furtherance if any a waste of time. But it’s okay I’ll be taking my son to his actual medical team and then following up with his pediatrician. I didn’t think it was anything major in the first place for several factors but being a mother I had to go to the emergency room just to be safe! If you want quick service go here, thorough maybe not!"
