"The communication has been nearly non-existent. Each time we needed an update, we were the ones reaching out and getting information was often difficult. At the conclusion of our audit when the Auditor was ready to discuss the audit results, STA was in possession of this information for an entire month and we had no idea. The only reason we knew the results were ready was because the Auditor reached out to us directly after receiving no response from STA because we had 2 days left before the response deadline.
