"I had an emergency with my dryer the night before family was coming into town. This guy was not far from me, so I thought I’d give him a try. It was between 9-10 pm, so I expected to leave him a voicemail and hopefully get a call back first thing in the morning. He answered his phone and said don’t call him after hours. I apologized, hung up and called someone else. Was it necessary to be rude? If it’s your listed business phone, why are you answering it after hours then? Making a bad impression on the first interaction is a good way to lose business."

Found this company thru a close friend of mine, told me his friend had recently started his own business so I was somewhat tentative at first but got a bid for the job and it was the best bid I got so I called them and they came out and did some drywall repare and replaced other whole segments of drywall that had water damage. Did a fantastic job for the best price I could find and after just talking to Mr Handyman Ram himself I was like "is there anything you CAN'T do" this guy does it all. "Excellent. Experienced and competent. The house is one step closer to being sold! The bathrooms look modern and feel more comfortable than before. I almost changed my mind about selling it! Lol Paint job looks great, clean, and inviting. I am happiest with the cabinets because Alan was able to use the ones we hand and make them better instead of me having to buy a whole new set of cabinets! I'm happy and my pocket book is too!
