Lauren, a Schwab team member, was excellent at helping me complete the check deposit. The fund was available for trades within two business days which were much sooner than the expected 7-10 business days. 5/5 star for great customer service."

"I manage several accounts at Schwab. Almost everything can be done on-line. However, every now and then there is some issue such as changing trustees on a trust where I need to talk to a human. Colin Jones and Caraline Cardwell at this office ROCK!! If this is being recorded, they are underpaid. Thank you both for your recent help."

"I have tried and tried to call the branch for a long time. It took me 8 calls and 30 minutes to be able to talk to someone at the branch. I seriously think to move my money if service doesn't improve. If I want to talk to someone at Dallas or California I will call the main customer service number. There is a reason why a customer calls a specific branch. Very bad customer service. Answering incoming phone calls should be the bare minimum when it comes to customer service, even if they promise a call back is fine, just answer the phone calls. Very disappointing. For bad customer service I could just go to any Bofa branch, I certainly expect more from a brokerage that handles my investments."
