"Bought out David Tucker and charging me now 565$ instead of the normal $320 that I have paid 7 years in a row. And didn’t even ask me how I wanted to file taxes rather did it all themselves and try to be slick to charge almost double and then say they will take me to court or collections if I don’t pay intime. Scam of a Tax Firm."

"This firm is one of the most inaccessible and misrepresented companies I have worked with. If you are looking for a partner for your business, look elsewhere. They contract “quarterly check ins” which do not occur. They switched representatives every few months, so there is no continuity in the work they are performing or the discussions (when you are able to have them). They are nearly impossible to reach, and every time you do finally get a hold of them they have a Business Development Rep trying to sell you add on services instead of helping you answer simple questions. I worked with them for nearly 2 years and had only 2 phone conversations with either a CPA or accountant. On top of it all, there was a very distinct language barrier for every employee I spoke with (outside of the Business Development Rep trying to sell me more services). They not only didn’t help me get my taxes done but actually made my filings LATE and showed zero sense of urgency or worry about it. 0/10. Very disappointing. Nearing fraudulence."

"Horrible Services, Unprofessional, and Rude- No Different from your neighborhood tax firm! I initially tried this firm because somehow they got my email and continuously spammed me with emails about Tax Loopholes, and Tax Credits so I felt like these guys could be trusted and as a small business owner I felt like they could give me guidance on taxes. Unfortunately that was not the case. For my 2021 Tax Return all they did was send me a link to send documents. More than 3 people was involved with my return and one was not to knowledgeable on taxes. When they finish all they said was I owed 10K and sent me an invoice.I tried calling numerous times to discuss why I owed so much and see what could be done but no one answers or when I get someone they keep forwarding me. I would rather speak to Mike. I had to leave my business to go onsite just to see if I could speak with someone. Chris came out with an attitude and was rude and tried to debate with me about if I called or not. He brushed me off and didn't care too much about my concerns. He sent a messenger email and guess call it a "follow up" but still no solutions to my tax liabilities. As of today, I still have not seen my return. I truly do not understand how they advertise about "Its Your Money, Not The IRS" but did not give any guidance nor they tried to speak with me. I could of went to Liberty Taxes for this headache... DO NOT GO!"

"I have requested free consultation. Their team member Mike Earhart called me. Although he sounded like he was knowledgeable, he was not able to give me hourly rate of consultation. I just needed someone to give second opinion on books rather than hire someone for bookkeeping. He said he needs to look at the balance sheet of business before deciding his hourly rate. I have decided to not hire based on this. To me it seems like their fees depend on size of your pocket. Didn't use their services so it would be unfair for me to take off all stars. I will give him 3."

As an independent contractor, I've never had to worry about my taxes because he and his courteous staff have taken care of all of my business accounting to the point where I have avoided serious trouble with the IRS by allowing his office to handle my income taxes. Whenever I need help or have questions, I call the office and I am immediately helped by Lorena Hernandez. If she doesn't have the answer for me right then, she ALWAYS responds to me withing 24 hours. And she patiently handles every one of my requests. One thing I really like too is that Mike and his staff will answer questions by e-mail and NEVER charge for that kind of professional advice. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for peace of mind regarding income taxes, especially if you're an independent contractor like me."
