"Had a confirmed work order for Tuesday between 4 PM and 7 PM no one called no one showed up I had to call the next day and reschedule the appointment for Wednesday was scheduled between 10 and 1 PM. Technician called at 1 o’clock stating that they were 45 minutes away so obviously contacted outside the window of when they were supposed to be there. No call no show the first time late. Call the second time and I was told that the service fee was $99 and now they’re invoicing 180 if you want a pluming company to waste your time then I would choose these folks"
