"Called in to speak to someone about my account and the lady (Lanella) I spoke to was rude and unprofessional. I was trying to gain clarity of my account and all she did was speak over me. I asked multiple times to be transferred to a manager and she kept giving reasons on my account. Her tone was completely uncalled for and I let her know that. I kept repeating that clearly I did not want to speak to her with her tone and she hung up on me. Called back and the gentleman I spoke with was much nicer."

"I would rate at zero stars if I could. They cannot provide any accurate information and when confronted with this, they say that they cannot fix it. When I requested contact information or to speak with the "Team Leads" supervisor, I was denied that information or to be transfered to him. This is a horrible company with horrible customer service."

"They have been holding on to my money every since July 31, 2023, the date Iretired. They said wait until the end of the quarter which was September 30,2023, and now saying I have to wait another 10 weeks. I am going to file a suit against them. My money isn't helping me its helping them and I am going to file suit."

"Absolutely the worst company ever. Where do I start??? The representative was rude would not let me speak to get information from her. I asked for money from my account. Turned in several applications because they said they were not correct. I finally got a man to assist he helped with submitting the application. They cleaned out my account I do believe purposely. I waited about a month still don’t have it. They said a few days they don’t deserve to handle anyone’s money. Ingrates"

"Do not use ABG Houston as your Third Party Administrator for your 401(k) plans. We have been trying to close out the company's plan for a year and now they are getting in the way of our employees withdrawing their funds. It is really unfortunate that companies like these can sign you up and start taking and investing your funds in a matter of weeks, but the employees ultimately pay the price when they need access to their hard earned money. As an employee and and employer I can attest that their service is bad on both sides."
