"We had several questions about an Aetna health insurance policy for my company, so I tried calling and emailing my representative. I was put into a voicemail and did not receive a return email. Not sure if our rep still worked at the company, so I tried calling their main number and another number shown on their website. The main number doesn't work. Even though it prompts you to dial the extension of the person you want to talk to, when you enter the extension, it sends you back into the recording to leave a message. After giving up on reaching anyone through their extension, I tried to leave a message in their general voice mailbox as prompted by the recording. It won't let you leave a message, and keeps re-routing you to leave a message (which you cannot leave). I'm not sure, but maybe the company has gone out of business. What service company cannot provide any customer service during normal business hours? Still hoping to talk to a representative........"
