"Poor communication"

"I’m giving this business a 3 based on the fact that they will save you money. However the customer service is horrible, especially if you’re older and not computer savvy. Don’t expect to be respected and you will be lied to. I’m having difficultly getting paper records of 2 years of tax records. They claim they gave them to me when the work was done however I was not given copies. Don’t expect to be treated nicely by this business. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"
