"The number of errors by this company were amazing. They were the third party administrator for my office retirement plan...when we decided to shut down the plan, Kristen Emory left the firm and my issues were largely forgotten...not passed on to anyone else. They were incredibly slow to respond and expensive. It took months of pestering them to get them to do their job and get the census straight. The plan closure took way too long. BEST PART...weeks after the plan closed (and monies were already disbursed to plan participants), then they decide to audit...they said that one profit sharing contribution of $6800 wasn't made. Now they want me to write another check to a plan that no longer exists (you can't make this stuff up). They should have caught this during the time the plan was active AND they should have done their audit BEFORE closing the plan. In medical circles, this is called malpractice. Now, I'm considering legal remedies for their incompetence."

They are unprofessional and unresponsive. Never return phone calls or emails. Nobody at this company seems to know what’s going on. But they keep sending thousands of dollars of bills.
