"I have been a travel CT tech for a quite a few years now , worked with a handful of other travel healthcare companies, been in health field for so long that I can remember. Sharing my experience with nearterm and if it helps others I would be happy. I did at least 3 assignments with near term and my recruiter was Khadija and I really appreciate her for hard work and sincerity, if i recall Khadija approached me through LinkedIn few years back, and I still think that was one of the best contact I had in my carrier. she had openings for travel CT tech and she shared details with me ,i liked one opening and decided to give it a shot , she put my CV , few days later interview and then paperwork , 3 weeks later I am on assignment during the whole contract every single time when I needed her for anything she was there. Best part she didn't made anything lucrative like other travel companies recruiter throwing there sale pitches or try to put me on 3rd party or vendor assignments , the whole process from offer letter to assignment process was simple and to the point just from nearterm , she tells you what they have , being open and fair what she can do and what she can't, no sketchy or nit picking things showed up during any assignment ( if you are experienced traveler healthcare workers, you know what I am talking about) . Really I do like their fairness in contract, professionalism , and support during assignment. Being a small company in this giant travel healthcare business yes nearterm team are very professional as a recruiters, and support staff. let me make it easy and simple, they are professional enough that at least they will not try to rob you on your paycheck during contract and calling it company policy or try to sell 3rd party jobs . Should you go with nearterm yes 100%.. I did contracts with them according to my choice and availability. I am glad I did and I will work with nearterm again and again. I worked with other travel companies and daily been contacted by so many recruiting agencies through LinkedIn , so far neaterm is one of my favorites to work with.."

"NearTerm (a lady named Khadiza) roped me into a travel radiology contract after e-mailing me for months. After a long phone call, determining I was a good fit for the site, and sending all my information over I was informed they would look over everything and reach back out to me ASAP. After a week or so I never received a call back. Slowly I started to be flooded with e-mails, texts, and calls from other recruiters trying to sell me travel contracts. The amount of numbers and e-mails I've had to block is crazy. I am pretty sure they sold my information to other recruiters and ghosted me. Definitely be weary of this company when looking for travel contracts!"
