Even though my apartment had MANY repairs upon move in, he resolved the issues ASAP. Cesar is truly the backbone holding these apartments together. I am not impressed at all with the way these units were built or constructed, but I am very impressed with how Cesar is able to fix everything with such ease and a smile on his face! Thanks for always saving the day! I also would like to thank my property manager, Danielle, for being very prompt and on top of things regarding these issues. She is very kind, understanding, respectful, professional, and responsive. I don't ever hesitate to contact her as she is delightful to work with!"

"i’m personally only giving 5 stars because of our maintenance man Cesar Villalobos. Although the management is a bit wonky, Cesar comes through for us each and every time. Even personally comes and helps us on his free time. The Grove on Grand management needs to promote him or give him a raise because he really is amazing when it comes to fixing and helping with the apartment. The Grove on Grand management might need some work but the one thing they did right was hiring Cesar to help tenants and everything else he does. You truly are a life saver. THANK YOU CESAR!!
