"Hello, I came into this community expecting a Luxury apartment…. I got more… way more! First stop was the huge package room, with dry cleaning and a fridge. Then we go to a whole dang deck that’s on the 3rd floor?! It was beautiful. Like, when I say I can’t wait to get back here in August and apply, I just hope they have an apartment left for me! Totally a suburb vibe with the perks of the city being 15min down the street."

"This property was gorgeous! The team was amazing to me and my daughter and they were able to answer all of my questions. I had a few concerns with the other reviews but once I was there I realized the issues had been fixed already and everything was running smoothly. Definitely recommend!"

"For how much the rent is, it’s not worth it. Here is why: Any floors lower than the top floor will deal with noise from upstairs - as the walls are very thin. Insulation is non existent - poor build quality. Running water in any of the rooms, causes pipe knocks - meaning you will hear pipe water knocking noise. Imagine you are in the bedroom and washing machine is on in the kitchen, you will hear loud knocking noises until washer is finished. Elevators go out of service often. Internet is very spotty. Maintenance person is rude to say the least. Washer / dryer are probably the cheapest they could have bought. It’ll take 2 hours to do a small load of laundry. Fridge and the water that it dispenses comes out at a very slow pace. Maintenance couldn’t fix it. Fire alarm goes off every few days causing anxiety for most people, including older folks that live in the building. Check with the local fire department how many times they have been to this building. Otherwise, cheap materials used throughout apartments. You can tell that DEVELOPER built it as quickly as possible at the lowest cost and marketing does its job to promote as “luxury”. Other tenants should also speak up"

"Elevators don’t work (huge inconvenience for someone living on the top floor having to take the stairs daily or I have to walk across the other end of the building to take an elevator and then across the parking lot back to the other end of the building where my car is parked), there’s no sense of urgency to fixing elevator situation and when asked to find a temporary fix I get told, they don’t have one. Cheap kitchen cabinet material, closet shelf came off the wall because of light/cheap material that couldn’t stand the weight of my clothes (only been living in the unit for about 2 months), bathroom fixture already had to be replaced, closet door gets jammed on and off. I could go on and on but not sure any of this will be taken seriously. I’m paying a lot of money for “cheap luxury.” I was really excited to start living here but now I’m regretting it."

"Management is terrible! They lie to you about everything to get you to sign! You can’t get your packages on time and they lock the elevators so your guests can’t come up without you coming down. You pay a premium to get packages sooner and you still can’t get it. They should definitely be more transparent and honest with their tenants BEFORE signing! I have so much anxiety here my mental health has definitely been affected. On top of that, we’ve asked management for their DMs number and still haven’t received it. This should really be a 0 star. Can’t forget your fire alarm going off every time you cook."
