"My experience at Residence at Sawmill has been consistently disappointing, with a range of issues that potential residents should take into account. The management's inefficiency in communication and unclear processes has been a source of frustration for many, leading to arbitrary fees and questionable billing practices. Moreover, I've encountered maintenance workers who are both lazy and impolite, giving rise to concerns about the overall professionalism of the staff. Hidden costs, such as parking fees and miscellaneous charges not initially apparent in the rent structure, contribute to unexpected financial burdens. Despite the initially attractive aesthetics of the apartments, I have observed inferior construction quality, indicating a lack of meticulous attention to detail. Overall, Residence at Sawmill falls short in caring for its residents, and potential renters should consider looking elsewhere."

"I can’t decide who is more professional and friendly in the office…Ciera, Cody, or Rian. This is the best management ever. Whenever I needed something, they always helped me. Also, the maintenance guys, Francisco and Jamie, are very professional and super friendly. They are super fast and knowledgeable. I can’t skip our cleaning ladies, Lorena and Lupe. They are always busy maintaining our very clean building and keep it smelling fresh. Thank you guys for everything, I am glad that I live here! I love this building and the area. I highly recommend it❤️❤️"

"I love this place! it makes me feel like I am in a beautiful resort at the same time it has a very homey vibe. The gym which is like 24/7 is so convenient especially with my crazy schedule. Ciera is exceptionally very hospitable and will make feel very welcome. She has a very pleasant personality and attends to your needs promptly and efficiently. She is very trustworthy and showed genuine care. I have lived in five (5) different apartments in eight (8) years and I gotta say I have never been pleased with my current apartment. I will definitely renew my lease! So worth it!"

"This place has everything you would want in an apartment. New modern amenities, awesome pool, friendly & helpful management, not to mention great location!!! Convenient location to Amazon Fresh & Cooper’s Hawk is a skip away. It’s also not too far from the major expressways & Old Orchard Mall. The apartment itself is also beautiful & spacious. You won’t regret choosing this place."

"If you are debating between Highpoint and Residences at Sawmill Station like we were, you won’t be disappointed choosing the latter. :) First things first, the apartments are brand new and so is the entire community. They opened in December 2021 and are gradually filling it up. So needless to say that the place is clean, bright (and white), equipped with brand new appliances and the lobbies always smell good. There is a very beautiful community space with lovely decor if you work from home. It’s usually not crowded and if nobody is playing pool, you can peacefully work from there. I love the fact that there are good (paid) parking options in a separate building so no disturbances. I had a couple of maintenance requests mostly because I did not know a certain things and they were resolved within 24 hours. The biggest plus point is that the maintenance guy (a very smiling gentleman) and the leasing staff stay on the property. So, most of the issues get resolved before they even reach us. They are very thoughtful and accommodative. Heck they even have a cart for you to carry your things from the parking to your apartment!! We have had a couple of socializing events in the community if you are into having fun and meeting new people. Attached is a photo from the pool party last month. We have been here almost 2 months now and are loving our new home."
