"Never received my receipt after asking twice. Hard to get into the door, card wouldn't work the first 20 times. Packed up to head out..stopped for breakfast buffet..in the lobby. They said it's not for me without a voucher??? Embarrassing. Maybe when you make reservations, the can ask the simple question...would you be staying for breakfast? So people are aware it is not free with your stay. This was never mentioned or never even seen on your website. Disappointed ..will not be back."

"We stayed here before leaving to Jamaica. They have the park and fly option and are very close to the airport. It was clean, quiet and just what we needed. The hotel is conveniently located by food and shopping right across the street, as well as in the same parking lot! We will definitely be using them again!"

"What can I say? This was the best of the "voucher hotels" the airline offered and it was more than serviceable. The one true standout was the front desk staff, they were on point, dealing with a bunch of cold, tired, grumpy passengers showing up at midnight. They didn't miss a beat, were efficient and friendly and effective in getting everyone where they needed to be. Downside? The shuttle was dreadful. Waited forever for it show up (30 minutes? Maybe 40). When it did show there was only room for half of the people waiting. Not sure if the other half ever got to the hotel The morning was better, but barely. It was there on time a d big enough to accommodate everyone (thank you overnight staff for tami g reservations) but zero communication about where we were during drop off. Just had to hop off and hope for the best. Need more communication and better availability to be a safe bet for future stopovers."

"I booked it at last minute so pricing was a little high. It was a comfortable stay! The room had an open balcony which was nice. Staff were very respectful. Restaurant and bar on site. There is also a Longhorn Restaurant and other eateries nearby. It was close to the airport. What I liked is that in the lobby there is a screen with the airline departure times. There is a fridge and coffee maker in the room but no microwave. I had to throw my food away thinking there was. We ordered drinks at the bar and the bartender didn’t know what I was ordering. I ordered a different thing and he had no clue what it was either. A guest staying there looked it up and told the bartender how to make it. Other than that, everything was good."

"Excellent experience staying and parking here for a flight out of O'Hare. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and water pressure in the shower was great. We were able to walk to a steak and shake to get dinner. The airport shuttle was easy and on time. In the morning the shuttle was full and they offered to get a cab for us. Only negative was finding the main entrance was a bit of a challenge, I could hear the neighbors and some noise in the hall during the night (thankfully quiet neighbors) and there was some strange drama going on between a cab driver and hotel desk. Otherwise great stay. Would stay again and would recommend."
