"We went 4 days without heat and we are currently going through 5 days without water. We have not been able to take a shower and have resulted to getting a gym membership to get clean for work. The owner are aware and have done little to nothing. Not only do I highly doubt not recommended, we are looking for help."

"Been living here nearly a year and no major issues yet. No bad reviews so far. Property Manager (s) are very understanding and responsive. Maintenance team is cool. Keonte is always asking and making sure everything in the unit is working and functioning properly."

"My daughter moved in 2 years ago. The 1st year was kind of rough and she considered leaving. The new PM Phil convinced her to stay and she loves the property now. Since he’s taken over she loves her unit and says her neighbors are much more respectful as well. Thanks for that"

"I've been living here since September and my experience here has been nothing short of fantastic. Everything in my unit is still fully functional the one time I had a issue with something it was fixed within 24 hours. Star does an exceptional job at getting back to me in a timely manner when I have questions. The only things I would like to see in the future would be the door bell system to be operational so I don't have to go down stairs to let a guest in every time and for the camera systems to be operational as well."

"Despite enjoying my time in this apartment, recent challenges with getting a maintenance issue fixed have been quite frustrating. I've made several calls and visited the office, hoping for a solution, but the problem persists. The most disappointing part was my visit to the office. After reaching out by phone and expressing my concerns, the call was transferred, leaving me without a solution. Attempts to reconnect by phone failed, prompting me to visit the office in person. When I got there, I spoke to the management team, trying to explain the ongoing communication breakdown and unfulfilled promises of timely maintenance visits. Unfortunately, the visit not only failed to solve the problem but also left me feeling dismissed and unheard. Despite my efforts to convey the urgency of the situation during the office visit, the maintenance issue remains unresolved. This experience has been disheartening, and I would caution others to consider these challenges before choosing this place. As I eagerly await the end of my lease, I hope others can avoid similar frustrations."
