"When I emailed the lady to ask about pricing she stopped responding after I declined to see the apartment before I knew the different floorplans and prices. Why would I waste my time viewing if I don’t know if it’s in my budget or not?"

"I love this place! Cool elevators, up on the roof they have sunbathing stations and places where you can barbecue, they have a gym, and the apartments are out of this world! Plenty of space; plus privacy with huge sliding glass windows with these cool shades over them! Awesome!! Heaven..."

"Stayed here from August 21’ to August 22’. My fiancé and I moved in on a promised move-in date but there was still builders dust on the ground and things were clearly not ready for us to move in. The AC in the unit was not working we spent two nights sweltering in our apartment. It was until day three did they have someone come and fix it. To remedy the situation they waived our move in fee which we felt was not enough. Upon unpacking we found a number of things wrong with the apartment. We realized just because things are new and look nice didn’t mean they were quality or functional. They did not have maintenance on site so issues would not get resolved or we would have to leave work early to let them into the apartment. One example was our European style back door had broken and when maintenance inspected the door they told us, “try not to use it so much.” Communication by the staff was inconsistent at best. Issues (people leaving trash by the dumpsters, them raising rent by $400, only allowing one paid parking spot per unit, etc) would be found out through here-say, sent in an angry email, or not communicated at all. While I have heard they are now under new management I would advise anyone to do their homework on this place. Look at everything you can and ask them questions. Watch out for potential tricks and if you don’t like trains/train horns at all times of day and night don’t live here!!!"

"I recently moved into River Grove Station and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The apartments are modern, spacious and well-equipped with everything I need. The location is perfect for me, as it is close to downtown River Grove, where I can find many shops, restaurants and entertainment options. Some of my favorite places around the apartment are Thatcher Woods Shopping Center and Gene & Jude’s Hot Dogs. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities are amazing. I especially enjoy the rooftop deck, fitness center and especially the bike storage for my e-bike."

"Management does not respond. Appliances are cheap and faulty. Been here less than 3 months, dryer has gone out, toilet gone out twice, sink has gone out… you can find much better for the rent they are charging."
