"Amanda was a gem. We had several questions and came to the property a couple of times and she was accommodating throughout the entire process whether it was in person, by phone or email. Oh, and the property is well maintained and beautiful as well :) :)"
"Moved in right when the were first built. 3 bedroom 3 bath was half the price per month as they are now. The place was built with paper clips and Elmer’s glue. Had multiple issues with the construction including ongoing gas leaks. They clearly rushed the construction and skipped steps. You can hear your neighbors every move. Mice issues. They also offer housing to few low income family’s, which is fine however we had some serious safety issues because of it. Including a hostage situation which required the swat team to close down the community for hours. This unfortunately was not the only Gun issue we dealt with during our 2.5 years of staying there. The Eldridge is the ghetto of Elmhurst with an expensive price tag. STAY AWAY."
"I met with Laura in the leasing office. Very easy to work with and efficiently arranged for us to submit an application for an available townhome. Move in day was hectic as always but everything went as well as could be expected. Even had a visit from the maintenance rep from the community to provide his name and number if we needed him. So far a very nice and upscale place to live. Recommended."
"We are currently on the east coast and we were able to sign a lease from 700 miles away! These town homes are truly stunning, and I am counting down the days until our move in date! Amanda was so amazing and responsive. Every question I had, she answered diligently and kindly. We were very lucky!"
"Beautiful property and Amanda is extremely helpful! Due to COVID-19, we began looking outside of the city, and luckily came across these brand new townhomes. I was extremely hesitant to rent a place sight unseen but feel really great about my decision. We were able to do a virtual tour online, and then a private FaceTime tour with the leasing specialist Amanda. This made us feel like we were there even though we were hundreds of miles away. I have had a lot of specific questions about dimensions etc. and Amanda answers them all in a timely manner. A great sign of what things will be like once we actually move in."
