"A good example of you get what you pay for. It is mediocre. The room is large and bed comfortable but not cleaned that well. The main stuff was clean but secondary areas clearly not paid attention to. The breakfast was pretty terrible."

"Soft mattress throws your back out. Room smelled a little bit. Didn't trust the breakfast as all the drinks,milk and creamer were just left out w/out ice to keep chilled. They go cheap on how many old worn towels/soaps offered."

"We've travelled quite a bit over the years in various States and Countries, and this is hands down the worst hotel we've ever stayed in, especially in relation to the price we paid. We had an 8 day stay end of October - early November 2023 and we had so many issues that it would be hard to put down in one review, but here are the main ones: - Nevermind the dated furnishings and the dinged up doors and walls, but the entire hotel was just dirty, and much to our surprise, especially our room! See pics with white crumbs/dirt on dark tiles, this is how we discovered our room when we first got there. Dirty carpets, dirty couches- we didn't want to sit on them. Bathroom's sink was falling off literally, being supported only by the drain pipe. Bathtub was old, worn and disgusting, caulking around corners was sloppily done and coming off, shower curtain was ripped, bath door was getting stuck, etc. The internet was horrible, wifi didn't work most days, on two days it worked but was so slow it was only useful for sending emails. The ethernet also couldn't be used because the CAT6 cable in our room had a busted tip. We tried calling the front desk about it, but that didn't work either as the phone was completely dead. Come to find out none of their phones in the entire hotel have worked for a while, but no one bothered to tell us at check-in. - Most of the staff was very nice, but a couple were rude, and one of them was the actual management which come to find out was one of the owners of the hotel. One day when we were working in our room (telehealth) we get a knock on the door, hotel's owner along with a second person who was an electrician wanted to do some preventive maintenance and change out 3 light switches, which were otherwise working fine. I politely said that it's not a good time (we can't have a couple of people barge in and talk to each other loudly and bang/knock/drill while one of us is talking to patients) but the owner kept insisting, saying the electrician is leaving at the end of the day so he wants to do the work now. I again had to explain that this is not a good time for us and they should wait to do this when the room is not occupied. I directly told him that I think that his insistence is frankly inconsiderate and unprofessional. I certainly wouldn't bother my own hotel guests in such a way. - Breakfast was never served on time, especially the meat patties/sausages. The issue arises when this is promised to be ready at 6:30 but you have to start work at 7. - Issues with noise and a really loud car alarm going off right in front of our room at random times of the night and not being stopped for 2-3 minutes every time it goes off. Hotel staff was slow to do something about it, come to find out it was actually one of the owners' car (a 10 year old Honda Accord with Ontario license plates) so it could have been moved right away. Instead an excuse was made that this was a guest's rental car (I don't think so). - For our entire 8 day stay beddings, linens or trash wasn't replaced once. All of the hotel guests basically took their own trash out to the bins in the hallways, but that too was frequently allowed to pile up and overflow (See attached pic of frequent hallway by the elevators and vending machines sighting) The hotel was just super shoddy, and we certainly didn't get what we paid for. This is run by a third-party and operates under the license of Wyndham, and the Wyndham brand is certainly being tarnished. I've come to expect a certain level from Wyndham establishments over the years and this hole is definitely an outlier and a curiosity as to how they even obtained the right to operate under the Wyndham license. Save your money and frustration and literally book anywhere but here. The two positive things are its location (proximity to ORD and the Schaumburg business area) and some of the other staff members which were very nice, but that still doesn't make up for the rest of the issues and overall level of quality and service."

"The shower in our room was weirdly fixed with tape and there were not enough towels in the bathroom, however the room was clean, the staff was very courteous, and being able to make my own waffle in the morning was very fun."

"Perfect one night stay close to O'Hare airport. Clean, nice rooms, plenty of amenities and nice breakfast in the morning. Front desk staff were very accommodating."
