"One of the leasing agents called me to come and see the apartments and when I got there he said they were closed and he didn't wanna answer the door but I seen him hiding I drove 11 miles to ss these apartments and he didn't even show them to me he asked me if I could come back tomorrow i told him know I just wasted my gas and time with this property this is unprofessional on their part and no I will not come back that was very rude if he told me to come he should have lease stayed late and showed the apartment. The leasing agents name is Anton do not do business with him he's not professional at all."

"100% living here!! Quickest and most responsive leasing staff. I called to set up an appointment and got in quickly and the whole experience was quick and easy to move in. They allow pets even the big dogs! Both updated modern apartments which is what we got and then also a classic which still looked nice. Plenty of storage with big closets and lots of bathroom storage. They allow smoking but other than that no issues or downsides. Plenty of parking i always get a close spot and a patio/balcony too. Washer and dryer unit per apartment building"

"Pretty good place to live nice neighbors and very good management Jessica is awesome and on top with everything their, if I were to live back their in Illinois I’d pick that place... But I will never be back to live in Illinois ever again but it is a nice place to live it’s pretty quiet most of the time if not most then all the time, it’s been fun, I moved their back in November of 2017 when I was 28 and when my wife was 26. Now that I am 31 and my wife is 29. It was time to move on. Good place to live, highly recommended. :)"

"I moved here in November 2019. My unit is on the second floor and fully remodeled. I am very happy with the cleanliness of the unit, the professionalism of the leasing management staff, and the timeliness of the maintenance workers. I haven't had many requests for repairs, but the very minor issues that I had were quickly fixed, and if there were delays, excellent communication skills were demonstrated by the staff. My building is overall very quiet, with just one neighbor who sometimes likes to play loud music, but never too late. The property management has a schedule for various stages of repairs and updates to the common areas, which I appreciate. I am adjusting to life in an apartment after having been in a large single family residence. This location has made that transition easier. The price is very reasonable, especially for the area and a newly modern updated unit. I am 4 minutes away from my daughter's school and only 5 from a major highway. My only complaint would be that only one parking spot is given per leasee. Visitors can park overnight, but only free twice a month. Given the ample parking space, an increase in visitor passes per month would be desirable. Maybe 5 nights per month? After the two free nights, it is $10 dollars a night to not be towed. I understand the reasoning behind this, but perhaps a trial of additional nights may be worth visiting. If parking gets too crowded, reverting back to the 2 night limit would be justified. Just a thought. Great place to live!"
