"Dr. Espinosa is the best provider I’ve ever had. I had her for my family member’s mental illness. Her clinic is beautiful and spacious. I liked that they have rooms specially designed for the kids with lots of toys. Dr. Espinosa is compassionate and truly cares for your family members and she never pushes the meds to the patient. She has excellent therapists, and providers for medications. I loved that I could schedule the appointment on Saturday with her. Her staffs are very kind. "Very unprofessional. Ivonne Espinosa rescheduled my virtual appointment. No big deal. However during the rescheduled appointment, she arrived late and sent a message stating she would be on shortly and to wait for her. 10 minutes pass without any update so I ask when she will be ready. She says 20 minutes. 20 minutes pass and she still doesn't show up so I left. Her follow up email states "I apologize for the wait today. Please let me know if you'd like to reschedule." Definitely not."
