"Very nice apartments here. Lots of space, great landscaping, secure. High rental prices though."
"I lived here for 3 years when the complex first opened. The units are nice as well as the assigned parking spot in the garage and storage unit. The downsides of the complex were that there were no amenities (as in pool, gym, etc.) and management really didn't take care of anything that would be part of routine maintenance and included in the rent at other apartment complexes. If there is a problem with a drain or toilet, there is an additional fee for a plumber to come out. If a light bulb needs to be replaced, the tenant is responsible for purchasing and replacing it. If it snows, there is salt and a shovel left at the front door of the building so that tenants can shovel their own way to the parking lot. When the parking lot itself is plowed, its half done and patches of snow/ice are left. I'm assuming its done this way to try and keep the asphalt in tact, but it makes driving through the lot difficult as the garage doesn't open to the street, it opens to the parking lot. Pretty much all management took care of was lawn care. Everything else was up to the tenant to do or pay for. There are a ton of rules as to what tenants can and can't do/have. Friends of mine regularly joked that I actually lived in a dorm building instead of an apartment complex because of all of the rules. It was pretty ridiculous. The only reason I agreed to the lease and stayed so long was because I didn't know any better as this was my first apartment. With the price and fact that you're doing/paying for everything yourself, it defeats the purpose of living in an apartment to me."
"I have been living at Cobblestone Creek Apts. for about 18 months and love this place. The property is very well maintained, clean, quiet and has a premium feel. My neighbors are friendly, kind and respectful! I have not had any issues with my apartment during my stay so far. Management has been helpful and responds in a timely manner. I feel the rent charged is reasonable for the quality living space and well maintained property. Overall a good value for what you pay. I highly recommend this apartment community for anyone that's searching for a place to call Home!"
"The place is beautiful. Short on amenities (no pool or gym), but the units are spacious, there are nice layouts available, the neighbors were some of the nicest I've ever had. That is why this place is being given two stars. Why I haven't given this place more stars is due to their move-out gouging. I get it. These are tough times. Some residents may not be able to pay their rent due to COVID. However that is not an excuse to charge me $1650.00 for two coats of paint on an entire 2-STORY unit when there were only a few smudges here and there. Is the place pretty? Yes. Should you rent here? If so, beware of the inflated charges that could be coming your way."
