Hidden Oak Apartments

"Great place, except bad problems with stolen packages. No good way to have any packages delivered. Anything not retrieved from the mailroom immediately is stolen. Not enough security for this purpose."

"This apartment complex used to be good 10 years ago under old management. The new management is terrible, my car and motorcycle were vandalized multiple times without management care. They move anyone to the complex now days. Even my mail got stolen and they refuse to act. Please don’t waste your money and seek a better residence. Not recommended"

"Life at Hidden Oaks is quite and friendly. Not only the neighbors but the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. There have been reports of package theft but I have not experienced any of that myself"

"I will be moving out in 30 days from this complex, I found the apartments to be very nice for the rent, The fact they don't charge a huge security deposit is rather refreshing. I had a perfect experience at Hidden Oak, the grounds are kept clean, everything you need from fitness gym, pool, garage, parks, including a dog park, basketball court, to a nice walkable area. I have seen newer apartments going for much much more that don't offer underground parking or half of what Hidden oak offers. I'm actual sad to be leaving"

"I am only here for the year from 3/2021-3/2022 and it was more of a rush to find a place that allowed dogs. I thought for sure it would be great, but this place turned out to be an absolute dump in many ways. The biggest piece was that I had to give my dogs up because I kept getting complaints according to the office that my dogs barked a lot or that they were too close to the walking path which scared people. My dogs were both Golden Retrievers and always friendly. At the time I was here I recorded and took pictures of the dogs that constantly barked and ran free. I also feel that the management staff has not done their job to the best of their ability since things were falling apart, to my air conditioner not working for 4 weeks during the hottest time and myself and dogs were in the 90 degree apartment with only sliding doors for air, which had to stay closed since people liked to stand outside my porch area which caused my dogs to bark. I had to reframe the door back on when they replaced the air conditioner due to no one available until the following week. To the water leaking into the storage unit, toilet leaking, kitchen sink leaking and a lot more. I did 90% of the repairs since they didn't have any maintenance staff during all of this. My list can go on, but I prefer to leave the rest for others to remark on. Especially the load noises from tenants around and garbage being thrown in areas where other people live. I strongly suggest finding a better place especially for the money that is charged for you to stay at this place."
