"I am blessed to have found the Oaks Community, the units are totally renovated, neat and clean, The office Lady’s are kind and patient to help in any of my needs. The maintenance team are always ready to help. The Club house and swimming pool is amazing. This is a dog friendly community, close to everything. I am very happy to live here."

"They have always been very friendly and Since I came to this neighborhood never had any problems. They have always assisted me in every way possible. The buildings and house club are very clean and neat. The assistant business manager Diana Vittone and Lynette Verg is the Leasing agent are very friendly and professional. The maintenance team are always around when needed. I love the dog park and community grills are very convenient. Parking is always available and safe. I am a very happy resident here for 2 years. I recommend getting involved in all the activities and residents events in the clubhouse."

"I called twice and no one was available to pick up the phone. I left a message twice with the answering service. I did not receive a call back. There are few apartments that are vacant at this time. Is it the office policy to keep the apartments vacant as long as possible and not contact potential renters? Or is this the preference of the owner?"

"Apartment is nice and management stays out of your way which is nice as well. However my water heater is horrible I get 10 minutes of hot water when I shower. For the price I’m paying they should be able to get a new one or fix my current one. The lady at the leasing office just basically told me that these heaters aren’t meant to give lots of hot water. My dryer also takes 2 cycles to actually dry my clothes and they were supposed to fix that as well. So I’m paying to live in “luxury apartments” but they’re to cheap to actually fix anything in my apartment. I’ve been here 5 months and have 10 months left I definitely will not sign here again."
