"Great experience for the past 7 years"
"I am really disappointed with EMCOL Comp. I did my tax return last year. Lots of confusion with cash advance and direct deposit. I went directly to the IRS pag, changed my address and enter my account in order to receive my Stimulus Checks. This year I said, let me try again and give them a second chance. Not improvement, I gave my tax return documents, W-2s, DL, banking account for direct deposit. IRS received my wrong address, phone number and ect. The big issue is that they didn’t add my checking account for direct deposit. Instead the enter their account in order to collect their fees ($800 crazy amount) . Tax prepare said no worries we are going to send you direct deposit. The problem is that IRS don’t have my bank account for the 3rd Stimulus check. I should have not done it twice and I blame myself for not verifying my information. Miscommunication, wrong information. Now, I need to wait for my check to comes in the mail. Worst experience ever!"
