"I do not recommend this bank they are operating under false pretence to commit fraudulent activity.I opened up and account 2 days ago the 2nd day I deposited funds and linked an account and sent funds I also had a very brief thorough chat with one of there chat representatives regarding a few questions since I was pretty new to the trading scene. I asked them how I could build a really good relationship with them and the response I was given was to use the account and history well.i tried doing that by using the account and the 2nd day of being active on the account I wake up from my sleep log into the account to link my external accounts unable to log in the bank put a lock on my account when I contacted them they said that I would need to step into a branch to verify my identity I asked why his words were because it wasn't already verified which is a lie I verified myself with a rep on the the phone when I first established the account she made me upload my license and a utility bill so I was already verified moving forward this bank has put me in a very bad place with them since I am a realtor investor so it will be pretty intense getting in moving forward I plan to withdraw my funds and close the account with them expeditiously. I highly recommend anyone that is new to there platform if tou deal with a lot of money go with trade or a different source. Highly don't recommend."
