There are no questions about the complex; we moved into a completely new apartment in terms of renovation. There were no problems paying rent or bills. but I want to express my deep gratitude to manager Shushan for her patience and hard work. she solved all my questions and saved money and time. very responsive manager and wonderful person."

"" we aim to create a premium living experience" There is noting premium about not having hot water for a week straight. Current resident for almost a year and has had multiple issues. One we are facing that has been going on for a week now is no hot water continuously while showering, washing dishes, laundry. I have called multiple times and have had two separate service requests saying it was fixed, It was not. This started last Sunday when we came home to no water running through anything. I called and was confused and asked why we had no water they then told me someone from the maintenance team was should have called me they again did not. But that they had to shut the water off for 24 hours due to a leak below us. that was it . Monday rolls around and we come back from grocery shopping to find two men in our apartment putting a new water heater in our apartment. We were not told people were coming into our unit, all of our belongings were shoved into our living room. We did not give conformation for them to come into our unit. I got an email today saying that someone from the emergency line would reach out to me today regarding the no hot water . 4 hours go by nothing. I had to call again for them to finally answer and told me they couldn't do anything because they went home for the day and then was asking for the address to put in another service request. terrible communication and no actual effort to fix issues."

"I really like this apartments complex. We have been living here for over a year. The staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you very much Shelly Wurzer she helped us with the choice of our apartment. Recently the roof has been repaired and new tennis court has been renovated. We really like this place."

"Was considering moving here and absolutely would have if something was available in my time frame. The staff were professional and made sure they could accommodate my needs (unit availability, tour time, ample staff). Alexis assisted me and went above and beyond not just for me but for a walk-in family who needed to move ASAP. I was ok with them joining my tour and between the 2 of us, we had good questions for Alexis. I was impressed by how well she knew her community and what's available within it. She was transparent, provided all our paperwork in a folder and made sure we had everything we needed. The property is quiet (I toured on a Saturday), the curb appeal/cleanliness is kept up, and the units seemed better than you would expect. The biggest plus for me was the space- this may have been the first complex I've seen with a pantry (what's with the full-sized washer/dryer)! Also, the gym is a lot bigger than the pictures give credit for."
