"Can't find the place"

"It's not worth your money they don't take of their tenants and delay on if you have problems in your apartment"

"BE AWARE, UNITS HAVE BEEN INFESTED WITH BED BUGS. Grandmother's apartment was completely infested with bed bugs. They are everywhere...bathroom, bedroom, living area. Was not aware until she had an accident which has made us find alternate care for her. We found the bugs trying to move her belongings. She complained of a rash several weeks before this, but then couldn't find a reason. Didn't even THINK to take a closer look at her bed and bathroom area. Management was called on the weekend and NO ONE has responded at all. Called today, Monday, and no one is in the office and no one has called me back. Was told by other tenants that the exterminator has been there all week and that there was a case on the 4th floor. I talked to her neighbor and he showed me bites on his arms. I urged him to check is apartment. Health Department has been called also. I don't recommend this place to ANYONE."

"Apartment managers either untrained or JUST don't care. They are seldom available for any form of assistance."

"Not enough oversight to keep bad tenants from defrauding good ones. When the time came to move out, they delayed and made excuses to avoid refunding security deposit. I would recommend choosing another location for your elderly loved ones."
