"Has raised the rent by $200 every year since they took over the property; they also charge ~100$ in extra fees ontop of the ludicrously high rent, and despite people moving out on a regular basis, the parking lots are filled to the brim. Do not rent here, there is literally a complex across the street charging 300$ less for rent for the same amount of space. This company is as scummy as they come."

The wonderful lady I'm leasing through Lizette made the whole process easy and I personally adore the staff of Eden prairie. They all are wonderfully outstanding. They listen to you when you have concerns and need help. They treat you like you're their first priority and friendly. I always can rely and count on them. If wanting to live somewhere that you will have nice neighbors not all are friendly but a lot are definitely I highly recommend Eden Prairie. I've been happy here and couldn't ask for more. Luckily, I was referred by a friend to my leasing agent Abigail. She was very helpful since the very beginning and always got back to me in a timely manner (till this day).
