"The construction of these apartments is very poor and will be reflected in your electric bills because the bad windows , lack of insulation and inefficient HVAC make it impossible to maintain heat in the winter. We literally used two space heaters just to get the temperature above 60 degrees on the coldest days. Would not recommend living here."

"The maintenance team has been wonderful. The furnace went out and went to the office and ran into a repair person. They came up to my place immediately and fixed the furnace within minutes. Extremely friendly and helpful."

"I live here and rent and utilities are due at once. Today is 1/30/2024 and utilities aren’t posted on conservice or active building . But they didn’t forget to send an email out stating that rent is due on the first. I think it’s very unprofessional. I love the maintenance workers, best part of living here actually ."

"I love it here. Every time there is a issue the manager is always on top of it. I would also like to say that this is 1st year that the pool was maintained very well kudos to Eddie, he made sure that the residents fallow the rules like no smoking etc. The pool is always nice and clean. The management is doing a lot of work around like new roof, refreshing paint on the buildings, and now even doing asphalt replacement."
