"My husband and I were hesitant to move into an apartment type of property with an active young child and also expecting a newborn. However, Reserve went above and beyond our expectations! The units are spacious and very modern. We felt so comfortable with the amount of privacy each unit had! The common areas including the pool and the rec room were always clean and very well maintained for residents use which made it very enjoyable. It is also walking distance for my family to utilize the Randall Oaks Rec Center which had so much to keep us all busy all year round. The staff here was always great, from maintenance to management. Vince provided outstanding prompt and accurate service. He is very friendly and genuine and has proved himself a reliable property manager on countless occasions. If we weren’t moving out of state, I wouldn’t want to leave this complex! My family and I all thoroughly enjoyed living here!"

"I’ve been living at Reserve Randall Road for more than 2 years. I have to leave because I am moving to another state. The apartments are great. Privacy is the most important thing to me. I’m on the second floor, and have never heard anything from downstairs. The apartments all have private entrances, which contributes to the feeling of privacy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Vince, the property manager is very friendly, and will always respond to you with the correct answer. The kitchens are upgraded with the current appliances and very nice islands. I’ve enjoyed living here. I’m sorry I have to leave."

"My husband and I moved to a 2-bed room unit at Reserve on Randall one and half years ago and we are very happy we’ve decided to make this place our new home. We have been impressed how quiet and well-kept the entire property is and also how attentive and friendly all the office staff (especially Vince and Nicole) has been to us. Anytime we have requests or concerns, Vince and Nicole went out of their way to quickly resolve the issues and communicate back to us promptly so we are always well informed. In two weeks, we will be moving from our current 2-bed room unit to a 3-bedroom unit so we can have extra rooms for my sons when they visit us. I appreciate Vince working with us to make this move to a 3-bed room unit possible before my sons come to visit us for Thanksgiving! Reserve on Randall property is conveniently located, beautiful, peaceful and safe."

At his point in our lives we have chosen to rent & be on Randall Road. Our choice of our apartment home in the Reserve was our choice. This a friendly community. The office staff & maintenance is superb! Office Staff of Nicole, Kathy & Vince (Property Manager). Maintenance staff of Hector, Jose & George. They are all outstanding & respond quickly. Great place to live!"
