"Elevator has not worked for a month. We had to be out by January 27th. My daughter and son in law had to carry everything down 2 flights of stairs. There's also disabled people that live on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The broken part of the elevator is being repaired. Who knows how long it's going to work. The elevator is very old."

"I lived here for two years, in two different apartments. They kept most of my deposit upon move out of the second, due to things that were broken and damaged since before I moved in. I left the apartment in better condition than I received it. It was impossible to meet with office staff due to the hours I work and their unwillingness to schedule someone early morning/late evening or on a Saturday. They even asked me to park my truck in a different location because of a resident complaining about my completely basic, stock headlights. You do not get what you pay for living here. It’s a hassle and I would not recommend it to anyone."
