"While it's been 15 years since I resided there when I did the staff was kind and understanding as well as professional."
"Its a decent place to live besides some of the neighbors can be crazy and they don't want to fix anything.. instead they blame it on you. They wouldn't replace the seal on my fridge or replace my stove even though it sets off my carbon monoxide detector 90% of the time i use it and they do a terrible ugly paint job and they paint over the phone jacks and outlets making some unusable. Even when they do fix things its done wrong or not completely finished and sometimes they actually make it worse by "fixing" it. Also maintenance will throw away and steal things in peoples yard they don't like or "approve of" hasn't happened to me personally but i know its happened to my neighbors.. if your fine with some of the silly nonsensical rules and fixing things yourself and dealing with some of those things its ACTUALLY not a bad place to live..it's definitely better than where i lived before "carbondale towers" its just got some things that aren't very good. sometimes staff and maintenance can be rude and treat you like you're trash or less than for being poor since its ran by people who haven't struggled one bit in their lives..but some of the staff and maintenance are super friendly and down to earth. overall decent though..even though i made it sound bad i still think people should know these things. I really enjoy my home regardless."
"My mother Elizabeth Hilt passed away and they owed her $234.20 and they kept it because they are thieves. No bank would cash the check because it was made out to her estate. I advised them that I went to two different banks and they would only cash the check if it was made out to Elizabeth Hilt or to me her daughter. I advised the housing authority of this and they refused to fix the problem instead they stole my mother's money."
"I saw a concern regarding one of their properties. I spoke to several people in department and seemed that the concern was not being addressed. However, throughout the process, each one was respectful. I spoke to an adminstrator, she looked into the situation, assured me the problem will be taken care of in a timely manner. Well, a few days later, the concern is being fully addressed. Thank you, Williamson County Housing, for taking care of my concerns!"
"Reduculius! They do not care about anyone living in their homes. Blocked the whole parking lot unecissarily and made the residents that are disabled walk long distance to their homes! They all should be fired and replaced!"
