"I moved here in May 2013 and I love it. The apartments come fully furnished. They are updated and really safe. They are about 15 minutes from SIU campus and are the cheapest I have found. They are very pet friendly. There is a gated dog area and a lot of grass for your pet to play. Plus you will get your entire pet deposit back if your pet doesn't damage anything. And there is no pet rent. The laundry room and lounge has been updated and the new management is great. I cannot say anything bad about this place. I hate i have to move."
