"Fantastic experience for many years now. They offer informed medical advice and are affordable. I have recommended them to all of my friends and family with pets."
"They've taken really good care of my dog here. Dr. B. Is very caring and passionate towards my dog. I had his teeth cleaned here and they cleaned it up really well! His teeth are all nice and white now. I deducted one star because there have been occasions where I've waited for an hour after my appointment time to be seen. But it's not always that long of a wait."
"DO NOT bring your pet here. The staffs are extremely rude and they failed to provide clear pricing information. They added charges that exceed the initially stated amount and gave absurd explanations for the additional fees, recommending unnecessary treatments and medication. Both the nurses and the doctor act disgusted with my pet. My pet’s wound did not heal after 14 days. They keep asking to redo the stitches because it was poorly done the previous two times. Now I have to take my pet to another clinic to close the surgery wound from 14 days ago. This animal clinic should be shut down."
"This review is based on the front desk Jessica/Jennifer whatever her name is. She's extremely rude and unprofessional...and I do believe she is racist against blacks. 3 times I walked in and she's on her phone texting. I had to speak to her in order to get acknowledged. A Hispanic woman walked in and she promptly greeted her. This secretary then gave me a paper, said nothing to me and went back to assisting the Hispanic woman. When I asked the next step she rudely told me I can go. This woman does not need to work in any capacity that requires customer interaction! She is dry, lame, and completely disrespectful. She should work in a dark whole. I spent over $600 in 2 visits and will never go back because this woman is a devil."
"If you love your pet, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! In 2022, I brought my 1 year old rescue dog to this clinic for vaccinations. A few months later, he drank from a stagnant puddle. I called them to see if they had vaccinated him for Leptospirosis. They told me YES and reassured me that he was vaccinated against Lepto. Fortunately, he did not contract Lepto that time. Six months passed, and he started showing signs of a kidney infection. We live close to some woods. I brought him in for his annual vaccinations and mentioned his lethargy, lack of appetite excessive drinking. They didn't run any kidney function tests that day. I went back five days later because my boy was losing weight and not eating. Only then did I learn that they HAD NOT given him the Leptospirosis vaccination in 2022 after all and that he now had a serious kidney damage caused by Lepto. I could not be more distraught over their negligence in this instance and the unnecessary harm that it has caused."
