Kimberly has the worst customer service & they are money hungry! Not only do they tax your payments, but they refuse to work with customers when asked for a 5.00 late payment waiver."

"I love the little building I purchased however don’t finance through them, they will charge you double to pay off. I just completed my last payment and I thank God I don’t have to deal with their lousy customer service. Kimberly is very rude! No thank you for paying them off and giving them my business. So happy to be done with them!"

"I do not recommend this company. They will charge you almost double the price in the long run. They said part of my payment went for rent and the other went for the cost of the shed but refused to tell me how much went to each. You would be better off taking out a personal loan or using a credit card. The cost of the shed I purchased was $3,745.00 but the total cost with there contract was $7,302.60. Thank God I was able to pay it off early and save $2,282."

"Love the building! Except the customer service. I Sent my payment off to the wrong company and they have a fit over it and said they would file a complaint for repossession also The "owner" told me to fine my missing money and give it to someone at mc Donald's or on the side of the street? Unprofessional."

"Jade Rentals has horrible customer service! They are only in business to take your money and grossly overcharge you. I asked for a list of charges I was billed over a period of 3 years after I paid off my building and still haven't received anything in the mail! The lady's at the front desk and the one gentlemen I spoke to were all very rude and belittling. I paid full price for the building paid out my term and recieved nothing but derogatory statements from their staff. My advice is to find a place that will treat you better for the money you pay."
