"Very dissatisfied. We never paid rent late. Ever, the only issue we ever ran into on our end was not cutting the grass on time once after winter months. Maintnance was never properly done. Or took weeks to get someone in. I remember calling about 1 maintenance issue for about 2 months And our lawn was dug into and never repaired by the city of waterloo who dug into it or by the property owner. Over all bad experience. Especially trying to get our deposit back, it has taken close to a month now and I have not gotten any proper communication or explanations."

"Runaround to get things fixed. Took over a month to get a collapsed ceiling fixed in the master bedroom. Rental contract is set up like a slum lord from a college town. Biggest issue is they say they will look into something then you have to email them 3 to 4 times to get a yes or no. I get that that they don't own the properties and have to get permission to do anything, but all they have to do is communicate that. Give a status update, something. They don't want to communicate unless they wnat to charge you for something. In other words, they are there to make sure the landlords get paid don't care if the tenants are taken care of. A good rental company is able to do both. I will say it probably depends on which property you rent from because it could be different with from property to property. But my experience was worse than dealing with my college slumlords."

"I have had nothing but a great experience so far. I just moved in and love my house. Miranda was awesome all the way from showing us the home to move in day. I highly recommend and you can tell they truly care about their residents."

"Miranda doesn't really seem as though she enjoys her job. She actually showed up 20 minutes late for our first appointment. Which was no big deal. The next apointment i was 5 minutes late and she already left. Then got rude with me when i finally did get her on the phone. Never called to confirm my appointment. I tried calling the office multiple times and nobody answered . She stayed very quiet when she showed us the house. Didn't walk us through or explain anything. We walked ourselves through the house and had to ask her questions the entire time. Went to Tammy Mitchell Hines and they were so much better. Would not recommend Concept to anyone, until they get a new agent."

"I am a new tenant and would like to have blinds put up on the large window in the dining area. I have provided quotes from Home Depot for the most inexpensive blinds I have asked Sally to expedite this and I feel like she is ignoring the issue to get this accomplished. All tenants have blinds and I'm simply asking to keep the building looking nice with all uniform window coverings in all units. This is a brand new building and deserves to look the best that Dupo has to offer. I don't believe that I'm asking to much to get this completed as soon as possible."
