Columbia Bluffs Apartments

"Please save your money and don't rent from this apartment complex. The apartments are brand new, yet you can feel the cold air in the winter months coming through the windows AND the electrical outlets in the bedrooms. The sub floors are probably just plywood, you can hear EVERYTHING from the people above you, even flushing their toilets. Tried calling the leasing agent to complain about the rude people above us, all they do is send out a fluff email to be courteous. They are not. There is only one parking space per unit. Good luck finding a second parking space, they are always taken. Why is there only one parking space for two-bedroom apartments?? The leasing manager is RUDE as can be. It took 2 days for them to replace the keyless entry. Our apartment was left unlock for 2 days because the battery was dead. Your electric bill will be over $200 due to bad insulation. They don't spray for bugs. All they do is cut grass. The spiders are huge and everywhere. They don't treat the hill in inclement weather. I could not get up the hill and it damaged my car with all the ice. Now we are told to have the apartment completely clean from the ceiling fans to under the stove. These are 10 feet ceilings. You need a ladder to clean them. Save your money and go somewhere else. Overpriced and rude people!!! I don't even want to leave one star."
